Management System refers to what the organization does to manage its processes, or activities, so that its products or services meet the objectives it has set, such as satisfying the customer's quality requirements, complying with regulations and meeting environmental objectives. Our Quality System includes the Quality Policy on the Corporate level, the Quality Management System on the Business Unit level and the Quality Plan on the Project level with the input from client feedback, lessons learned, procedures & systems, monitoring, continuous improvement and best practice.

Worksite analysis involves a variety of worksite examinations, to identify not only existing hazards, but also conditions & operations where changes might occur to create hazards. The management actively analyzes the work and the worksite to anticipate & prevent harmful occurrences.
Hazard prevention & control triggered by a determination that a hazard or potential hazard exists. Where feasible, prevent hazards by effective design of job or job site. Where elimination is not feasible, control hazards to prevent unsafe & unhealthful exposure. Elimination or control is accomplished in a timely manner.
Safety & health training ensures that all employees understand the hazards to which they may be exposed & how to prevent harm to themselves & others from exposure to these hazards. Analyzes the work to identify unrecognized potential hazards. Maintains physical protections in work areas.
